Field trips guides
Participants who are interested in joining the field trip (Rome – Civita di Bagnoregio – Perugia/Assisi) are kindly requested to express their interest by email.
When doing so, please include your travel details, in particular your arrival date, arrival time, and flight information (if applicable).
This information will help us organize the transportation arrangements in the most efficient way possible.
Important Practical Information: Please note that both field trips involve a significant amount of walking, frequently across unpaved and uneven terrain. To ensure your safety and comfort throughout the excursions, we highly recommend bringing and wearing sturdy, comfortable walking shoes or hiking boots.
Templates (e.g., abstract, presentation, poster template)
We do not provide separate downloadable abstract templates.
After completing registration and payment of the registration fee, authors will gain access to an online submission form directly on the conference website.
The submission form includes all required fields to prepare and submit your abstract, including title, presentation type, authors and co-authors, and all other necessary information.
Please ensure that all mandatory fields are completed in full before submitting your abstract.

Presentation Guidelines
Oral Presentations: 15 minutes presentation + 3/5 minutes Q&A.
Poster Presentations : 5 minutes presentation.
Slide Template: There is no mandatory template. Presenters are free to use their own presentation design and layout.
