Important information:
The fees include participation in all work sessions, conference materials, coffee breaks and lunches, as well as field trips.

Accommodation expenses are not included.

Participants will be able to create their personal profile in the login section and complete the registration by paying the registration fee.
Payments can be made via PayPal, Stripe (credit/debit cards) or bank transfer.
Once registered, they will also be able to access the abstract submission page.

Reduced fee for participants from developing countries

Participants from countries classified as developing or least developed countries are eligible for a reduced registration fee equivalent to the student fee (€ 300).

Eligible participants are kindly requested to select the “student fee” category during the registration process and may be required to provide documentation confirming their country of affiliation.
